Brewing Guide: Please use relatively low tempeture water when brewing this Premium Osmanthus Oolong to extract the best flavor. Using high tempeture water close to boiling may result in unwanted bitterness in the tea. Water tempeture around 140-158F (60-70C) and 3 minutes of steeping time is most ideal for brewing this tea.
